Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do I need any previous dance experience?

Absolutely not! The Level 1 Beginner class is perfect for you. You can learn West Coast Swing in three easy steps, even if you have never danced before and have two left feet.

Q. What type of shoes should I wear?

If you already have dance shoes, then bring those. If you don't have dance shoes, then something with a leather or suede sole is best. If not, then just wear your most comfortable pair of shoes.

Q. What type of clothes should I wear to class?

Wear whatever you will feel most comfortable in. West Coast Swing is a very casual dance so wear your favorite jeans and t-shirt if you want.

Q. Is there parking available at the dance studio?

Yes, there is lots of street parking all along Dundas street and it's FREE on Sundays.

There is also paid Green Parking right beside the studio (the studio is at 3352 Dundas Street West, at the corner of Dundas and Runnymede).
